Why colors change when I post?

Hi Fellows

I have a issue when I pot my photos: the colors come out different! :confused:

Usually work with the photoshop and to get more approcah to the internet colors, I set the"view" -> "proof setup" into "Monitor RGB" and active the "Proof colors".
There someone to help in this issue? ;)

Hi there,
You need to save the jpeg file in sRGB color mode.
