This feature was one of the earliest member requests that wasn't implemented, until now. Each member may set the default setting to allow workshop postings to either 'Yes' or 'No'. A few things:
1. This only changes what the default value will be in the dropdown choice, it may be changed when editing the photo.
2. It is set to 'No' for all members initially.
