Cheap place to stay in phnom penh

I dont know if anyone would care to share the name of a place to stay in phnom penh. I like old buildings like from the colonial era.....less then 20$ a night. Thanks!

If u need the place look like colonial era and less then $20 i will say no. As I am Cambodian. The colonial building are transformed to 5 stars already. for $20 u can stay at Normal hotel or contemporary hotel with good quality.
