how to do workshop photo

Sorry for the silly question, but I'd like to improve somebody's picture and I'm not sure how to start this work shop? Any ideas? I tried going into "manage" unber "my account" but didn't find a way to do it? Any ideas are appreciated. Thanks.

You need to copy the picture you want to modify into your hard drive. Then make your modifications with prefered image editing software. When you're done go back to the original picture. There you'll find the link "post to workshop" on the left side of the picture under photo option. Be aware some members have turn off this option, if so the link won't be there. After you clicked the link, you just to fill the form and make sure to indicate step by step what you've done to the picture.
