Due to the increasing number of photos being posted daily, the number of photos per page have been increased from 9 to 18.

Even though that may make the page take just a speck longer to load, I think it's a real improvement. When people load three shots at once, at least 18 shots allows us to see a wider variety of different photographers and styles.
