They want to use one of my pictures

I've just been approached with a request to use one of my images in a new educational, geographic publication. It's the first time anything like this has happened to me and I don't want to get too excited in case it doesn't actually happen.

Keith, that's great news. Please, please don't just give them the image, get some sort of monetary value for it because it is worth something. Don't just do it for the honor. Giving photos away to publications for the honor for being published really hurts the photographer business.
