You are lucky because I spend more time trying to suggest correction to people I know :) But honestly, that portrait is among the greatest one I saw this month.
Rotated 1.5° clockwise. Recropped to exclude that lovely white sign on the right (I feel it would have been better including it completely but not a portion only).
Then, I applied a small Unsharp Mask (120%, 0.9 radius and 1 as I usually feel it really enhances details in such portraits) under Lab mode (Image/Mode/lab colors. Then I choose the Lightness channel) so it does not affect colors at all.
Then I applied once the Luko'USM technic which darken light parts and enlightens dark parts to increase contrasts.
Then I applied a darker and broader frame to stress all these beautiful colors.
J'espère que cela ne dénature pas trop le cliché d'origine.
