Contacting other members

I've noticed that some members don't seem to be contactable. Is this due to an option they have set when registering? The reason I ask is that I wanted to reply to a member who has contacted me via the forwarding service, but there is no 'Contact Me' option on their 'home' page.

This is set in each member's profile. It is 'off' by default.

If they have already contacted you, then their email is in the message. By replying to the email, their email will be in the 'To:' field. If you have any problems/questions with this, please let me know.
