Great Jeppe, that you're coming too! There'll be surely a mattress for you and it will be very nice to meet. There's also a good bus service (Eurolines) between Denmark and Rotterdam but the traveltime is a bit long - 16 hours (http://www.eurolines.dk/)

I think you can go to "members"/lists", and then to TE meeting list, on the left side of the screen you have some options, one is 'join'. I hope that works.

Heyyyyy i did it, i've subscribed the list!!! yupiiiiii :P

My "preliminary" plans are:
- Fly from Faro (south of Portugal), via "transvia" flight (around 200€ two way ticket)
- Be there from 10th (wednesday) to 15th (monday) if i find a nice place to stay, this way i could be with you all the weekend (13th and 14th) and have a couple more days to walk around the city.

I've emailed Bert with a "SOS" message :))))

Hello Didier! That depends on your own wishes. Everybody who is coming to Rotterdam is invited to add himself/herself to the list. If you are planning to take a look at this list on a regular basis, then you can also subscribe to the list. If you do this, the list is automatically added to the category "My Lists" in the left column when you are looking on the TE-webpages. And that makes it easier for you to have a look at the pictures of these people, whenever you want.
I hope this explains the difference between 'add' and 'subscribe' to a list. If you need any more help, please let me know.

Oslo - Amsterdam (Sterling) and later Eidhoven - Girona (Ryan) and then be picked up there by the madam, coming down from France..

You and Isabel can teach us something about street photography then ;-). There will be more street photographers though, so I stop mentioning names.

It would help us if we were to know what time you plan to arrive in Rotterdam, and if you have a mobile phone available, please tell us your number.

We are estimating the cost of the weekend to be Euro 75. This package includes:

75 mins Spido Harbor trip
Entry to the Dubbelde Palmboom museum
A guided tour in Delfshaven
Dinner - (soup, pizza or pasta, dessert, water, 2 glasses of wine and coffee) in Da Gaetano restaurant. Saturday evening

Entry to the Arboretum Trompenburg
Lunch in the Bazaar restaurant - Sunday

We are assuming that the guest participating in the Saturday program only - will stay for dinner. Please let us know otherwise.

Thanks for sending your info to us as requested, - there are just a few who still need to inform us when they will arrive and provide us if possible with a contact number.

As mentioned earlier the cost for the two-day package will be Euro 75 per person. We have strived to keep the costs as low as possible and have managed to obtain a small donation from the City of Rotterdam. We would like to collect the Euro 75 from everyone onboard the Spido, so please make sure that you have enough cash. The persons only staying for Saturday ---- will be charged Euro 56,50.

A few of you will arrive before the official start on Saturday 13th May at 12:45 - 13:00 at the Spido Boat - and we thought it may be nice to meet up Friday evening if you are at a loose end for a beer.

There's something that I wanted to let you know, we have a full moon on May 13, and if my information is correct, she should be visible from 10 PM. Of course, after dinner there's a possibility for a nighthunt for those who want to go. Rotterdam by night is attractive as we have a beautiful Museum harbour, situated near the starting point Spido. Look at this <a href="http://www.trekearth.com/themes.php?thid=3285"target=_blank>theme</a>.
So, it might be useful to bring your tripod.
