Flat View Mode for Forum Threads

It's now possible to view forum threads in a flat view mode. A couple of notes:

-It's not possible to reply to the thread in this mode since that would probably defeat the purpose of having a threaded view mode. If it's possible to resolve that issue, I would enable replies in flat view mode as well.

-Messages are ordered by date.
