    Hi Eleu,
That is beautiful. As much as I appreciate the absolutely perfect timing you had in shooting this, I cannot help but be overwhelmed by the feeling of being that surfer and imagining how it must feel to be there, doing that, at that exact moment. What a classic way to bring us into the moment and make feel like part of the picture. The golden glow of the sun is like the ray of light from a torch. Beautiful image.

    Hi Ely,
This really is like a very beautiful painting, your choice to half fill the frame with the wondful light colors of the boats, and half with the amazing flame colors of the reflected sun on the sea is inspired. I could quite easily see this hanging, printed on canvass in the price of place of any proud art lovers home. Your light management makes this extra special, really nicely done.

    Hi Ana,
What a fascinating place, not only the inclusion of the statues but also the tree itself. While I know the name of this species, I do not get to see them very often, and it is vey beautiful and almost alien how it's roots stretch above ground, made more interesting by the way you positioned them grabbing out at the viewer of your photo. There is a very special and magical quality to the light too. Very cool picture.

    Hi Agnes,
I agree with Luciano, those trees on the left are so perfectly cut I actually thought at first you had cut them yourself with the power of post editing :) a novel and fascinating way to present the tower of light in the city of lights. It is amazing to think how this place was so hated when it was built, but today is one of the worlds most famous icons, and deservedly so. Beautiful golden glow against blue sky, and a really interesting composition. A very happy126th Eiffel tower anniversary to you.

    Hi Carlo,
A great pleasure to see this image in your gallery, I want to see San Gimagnano so much. While it seems unlikely that I will get to visit in person anytime soon, it's nice to see it through your lens. I saw a tv show many years ago stating it was the original birthplace of the skyscraper and since then, I have been fascinated. You captured a great view of the iconic towers, and this low point of view captures their height and scale perfectly. They tower above the street level and are set against a really wondful sky. Cool photo,
    Best wishes.

    Hi John,
I know the name of this town, and it looks like a peaceful and beautiful place, but as I gaze into the mesh of boats, it has the appearance of looking at the skyline of a particularly ginormogantic ith scale of the future, millions of pieces of metal intertwined and crossing each other, this is a very cool efftect. Your colors are really vibrant and lively too which really adds to the appeal of the picture. Oddly, even though I don't like cars in pictures, the red ford van in this adds a fine little pop of color, almost like a christmas berry.
    Cheers

    Hi Ray,
Including the raft is a great idea, it gives a great sense of scale to this immense wall of rock, which seems almost like a mouth ready to eat up anybody who lands on the beach. A nice choice in black and white too. I love to see these older pictures, the people featured here have no doubt changed a lot while the lancape would no doubt look utterly unchanged.

Interesting post, the buildings look new, but they still fit perfectly into their environment, and still seem to have a connection to the history and past of this place. Very nice how you allowed the beautiful blue sky to occupy the top third of the picture while down below, the buildings and landscape colors match against this perfectly.

This is a very nice cityscape, and a great all encompassing view of your town. We e the town in its entirety and even some of the agricultural land that surrounds it. It is amazing when we see this from this view of so many places how well planned our urban spaces our. A very nice view, great to see your home town.

Hi Sayan, I only learned of this bridge here on trekearth, and this is a beautiful image of it. Your capture with this low light in the sky and the lights on the bridge gives it the stature of the worlds great landmarks, and your positioning of the main structure on thirds like this very nicely chosen. Great picture.

    Hi Gerrit,
The light gives this plan a mystical quality, and the hills in the distance remind me of that magical tee valley among the mountains in Vietnam. This is a totally new view of Cuba to me, although I have seen a number of scenes of Cuba here on TE, they tend to focus on the urban spaces and the cars. This insert cool and it gives me a totally new vision of this fascinating country.

    Hi Stephen,
Apart from the cupolas, this did indeed remind me of the fortified churches I have visited, places where the status of church meant nothing to those who would invade and destroy, you chose a beautiful angle on this, because the bling is presented perfectly, oth the cathedral itself and the chapter you connected to it. I am no really familiar with great cathedrals having building so closely connected to them like, and the fact that you presented them so closely connected like this allows us to appciate the site even better. I would likely have been tempted for a head on view of the cathedral with a close crop to cut the chapter house out of sight, but this is a much better choice.
    Great note too, cheers
    All the best

This is a water tower? Wow, it more like the turret of a great palace. I know in my country, a water tower would never feature such amazing design and style, and just as Bev mentions above, the person gives an excellent sense of scale allowing us to appreciate how huge this building actually is. The light is warm and very appealing and really brings out the very best in ths excellent historic structure. I know it's a cliche, but they sure don't build them like this anymore. Cool photo and cool place.

    Hi Maciej.
This is unlike any church I have ever seen, it's almost a combination of a classical great American mansion and an ancient medieval orthodox church from the east, and what a cool eclectic and beautiful combination this makes. You took this from a perfect view and with a wonderful blue sky above, while the trees and their shadows have created a great play of shadows across the building. I love architecture very much and you show me a style here that is completely new to me, thank you.

    Hi Bev,
I agree with you, hte messengers of spring and they are absolutely everywhere now. The funny think I found about these flowers is that you can never be without them once you plant them, they just come back year after year after year. I like in Ireland at they plant them on the central reservations of the motorways, do at this time every year, the roadways become a blaze of vivid yellow.
Admittedly it's not. Nce when they go brown and begin to die, but that means summer is on the way, and blue skies beckon.
Nice way to capture these, the woman's d clothes are striking against the yellow and green, and you have given he an aura of being some sort of ancient goddess, the harbinger of spring strriding through the land bringing life to all. Cool.
    Cheers

    Hi Malgo,
It may be a hostel, but your photo presents this place as a five star hotel, you should sell this image to them for their brochure, hahah, really nice and appealing image that would make me want to stay here anytime at all. And for ten euro a night? Wow. I am travelling in Ireland on business at the moment, and it costs almost that for a single beer in the hotel i am noe. I won't be drinking much tonight, needless t say. In fact, I'm going to Argentina :)
