When i first saw this photo as a thumbnail, i loved it, but once i clicked on it, i realised that it was way over sharpened :( the photo is beautiful but the strange artifacts around the tree branches isn't too good at all.

I would give full points if there wasn't that problem I am really sorry.

I always worry that man made sea defences wont work in a photo, especially big stone blocks, but you have proven me very wrong indeed!
Somehow you have turned this into an amazing shot and i love everything about it from the POV to the sharpness and the colours!
You have inspired me to head to the more 'industrial' looking beaches of my little island to see what i can capture :-)

What a beautiful forest glade!
Composition is great with a good idea taking it portrait.
The colours may be a tad over saturated for my liking but even so i do love the shot!

I think this would be an amazing photo if you hadn't tried to lighten the middle tones on the people. Because of this it has produced an unusual misty look, especially on the womans hair and the mans jumper.
