    Hello Lars,
I never get tired of views like this. I can recognize several prominent buildings beside the Empire State Building, including a couple that were featured in a recent photo of mine. I can also see a bit of Bryant Park peaking out. The depth and sharpness are great. I could spend quite a while looking at every detail here.

    Hello Bulent,
I like the lush greenery and earthy colors in this photo. I don't know if it was a damp day, but forests smell so nice after some mist or rain. This peaceful scene would make a nice backdrop for one of those motivational posters with quotes on it. :-)

    Hello Sergiy,
It's nice to see photos from your city. I was looking at the ones in your gallery, and this one jumped out at me. I like the bright colors in the foreground, and also the two girls who are posing with, and taking a photo of, the sculpture. Seeing that you are from eastern Ukraine, I wonder if things are stable there now. We don't hear much on the news anymore...

    Ciao Luciano,
I love this kind of photo. The frame is full of windows, both real and reflected, and a few people add life to the scene. Everything fits nicely into your composition, and the sharpness and lighting are great. Very nice! :-)

    Hello Rob,
You captured another great view from high in the sky. The fountain has such beautiful graphic qualities from that height. I also like the patterns made by the water, and all of the different people moving around. The warm colors are also nice. This is a very eye-catching photo.

This is a lovely night shot, with so much bright gold popping out against the black background. The people living right next to the port must see light through their windows all night long!

    Hello Rob,
This is very cute! NYC is "the city that never sleeps", but that cartoon man was able to rest in the middle of busy Times Square. :-) You also have a sharp view of the crystal ball that drops every year on New Year's Eve. This was a well-spotted photo opportunity.

    Hello Rob,
Great capture of the cathedral. You has a clear POV looking down, and were able to capture the whole thing. I like seeing the activity on the steps, too. My first photo here on TE was a similar one. I used to have a view of St. Patrick's Cathedral from the 38th floor of my former office. I really like all the details in this shot.

    Hello Craig,
O.k., I will never go this spot!! Bugs like to come after me all the time. If I step out of the house for a minute during the summer, I come back inside with mosquito bites. Last month I also got bitten for the first time by a spider. That bite still hasn't completely gone away. But I digress...This is a lovely photo, and I like the exposure of the falls. I hope you saw a fairy, too. ;-)

    Hello Rob,
It's interesting to see this building in your latest photo. I personally don't like it that much. I think if it were located next to some other similarly tall buildings it might look better, but alone in the middle of Park Avenue, it looks like a giant stick, especially when viewed from a distance. I can see it from parts of Brooklyn, and I always say to myself: "there's that giant stick poking up from Manhattan"! I do like your photo, however. :-) The high POV is great, and so are all the surrounding details.

    Hello Lars,
This is a great view! There are two distinct styles to this photo, with the river separating them. There are so many classical-Greek style structures on the left, that it could be mistaken for a European city instead of an American one. Then there is a glimpse of the modern buildings on the right. The lighting is great, too. Very nice. :-)

This sweet photo captures the essence of childhood in an original way. Your view of these small feet, too short to reach the ground, is poetic. Great focus, and I like the choice of B/W, too.

    Hello Nicolas,
From the thumbnail, the rocks on the right reminded of a shark's fin jutting out of the ocean. I like how the mist has muted all the colors except for the bit of bright green in the left. It's a lovely view.

    Hello Serghei,
There are lots of nice details in this photo. I like the large basket with the red letter "A" painted on it, the words on the back of the truck, and the spare tire underneath. The warm sunlight is also very nice, but the best part of this photo, in my opinion, is the look on the boy's face. Nice one from your archives. :-)

    Hello Gert,
There is a real dichotomy in this photo: the old and tired building and the garbage on the street, and then the smiling boys who seem to be enjoying themselves despite the surroundings. Maybe the apartments in that building were more appealing than the exterior. It's an interesting daily life shot.

    Hello Bulent,
If I saw a similar scene here in NYC, I would just assume that a piece of building fell off and landed in that car! The red color is very eye-catching. I like surreal art in unexpected places, and I've never seen something quite like this before.
