    Hi Ney
    its another wow from me!
you're shots have re-inspired my desire to visit Norway and its northern towns.

love you choice of a vertical compo, the horizontal would have been so easy and natural but i'm glad you mixed it up.

    wonderful clouds, wonderful mountain scape.
    just awesome!

    Hola Maria de las pampas,

Or should it be "Maria from Red Square?" :)

Alright, this is perfect, and just goes to prove so much of what I enjoy from what was mentioned in my last note. This is somewhat of a unique picture in the fact there are only two people in this busiest of Moscow landmarks...but without the knowledge of your notes, it would be mysterious and not quite as engaging.

Understanding the circumstances, this holds much greater appeal and a sense of spontaneity and quick reactions on your part...further enhancing the overall interest. I love the capture of these two gentleman, one guiding us into the distance, while the other begs us to follow from left to right.

The colors in this famous square are amazing, and you've managed to put together a nice mixture from a fleeting moment. Поздравляем! :) Enjoy the rest of the evening. Be good. ;)

    Cheers from the dusty desert,

    Jason

    Hi José,

The old towns are my favorite places, I can't think of one I haven't enjoyed. And speaking of enjoyment, this perspective falls right in line with that notion! Love the break neck, upwards view, one that is creative and concise. This is wonderful use of the limited available space, and conveys the sensation of standing in place trying to achieve the same result. That's some difficult light to work with too, but you've managed a fine balance, showing plenty of detail and texturing. Wise utilization of the wide angle, this turned out nicely. Enjoy the new day. Take good care.

    Friendly wishes,

    Jason

    Hi Noel,

"I'm king of the worrrld!" O.K., she's sitting just a bit lower than the bow of the ship, and Leo is nowhere in sight...but you get the idea. :)

Can't believe it's taken me so long to get to this one, I'm definitely late to the party. What a fantastic shot, it's so minimal...and yet so powerful! Kind of a mind blowing thought about the size of the museum, that must be a Titanic in iself!?

Loving this arrangment, there's a quiet elegance about it, and the black & white presentation feels to enhance the history of the subject at hand. The graphic pattern of the musuem set against the smooth and lengthy female figure is poetic. A cracker of a image, good to see it's received a lot of deserved feedback. Enjoy the rest of the evening. Have a good one .

    Cheers from the schizophrenic desert,

    Jason

    Hi Danos,

It's no wonder sunsets/sunrises are a popular theme, and this only goes to reinforce the attraction. Marvelous deep orange coloring...this act of nature and your timing to capture its essence sets a most pleasing tone over the scenery. I certainly wish I could be out on that boat soaking up the days last light while listening to the gentle rhythms of the sea. There's nothing more required in a situation like this, just sit back and enjoy! :) Have a great day ahead. All the best.

    Hi OUrania,

A thought provoking shot, and not one derived from something overtly intense or dramatic. Who would have ever though some simple scribbling would have put the mind to work? :) No matter ones personal interpretation of the question, it's enough to make you stop and think...even if only for a brief moment. And speaking of simple, my feeble mind doesn't linger terribly long on the question...because I'm also drawn to the silhouetted Mario figure just above.lol

All man-made details aside, it's that special sunlight which really captivates the senses and makes a common, and frankly unattractive section of wall, quite appealing. Where a majority of people, photographers in particular, would have passed this by without a second thought, you've managed to spot the subtle beauty contained within. Nicely done! Enjoy the rest of the evening. Take care.

    Jason

    Hi Luis,

I realize it's been posted here (TE)before, but this cathedral is still vastly overlooked for many visitors to Marseille...or those with camera in hand. I regret not having taken more pictures myself, as the exterior is truly beautiful in architecture and style. This is a fine view to display its attractive qualities and dimension, it also helps give surrounding context and proximity to the coastline. And just to top it off nicely, plenty of sun to showcase the detail and patterns...then again, there are a lot of sunny days in the South of France. :)Enjoy the rest of the evening. Take care.

    Ciao Carlo,

This must be a hypochondriacs delight, great big pills...and plenty of them! :) "Apteka," one of the very few words I learned while in Russia...in fact, Malgo helped me out with this one. :) The red sign sure stands out boldly, and the reflections in the window are a wonderful effect. A fun, inside-out image. Hope you didn't trip too hard while taing this shot, if so, you;re in the right place for medication. lol Enjoy the rest of the evening. Take care.

I didn't see you sneak back in the other day, good to have a new picture and know you haven't wandered off too far. :) Back with your standard of quality and pleasing tones, this fits right in to what we have come to expect and enjoy about your work. Easy to understand how this would leave an impression, nature has a great way of doing that, yeah? A lovely moment of light and color, and a composition well suited to extract its atmosphere. Hope all is well. Take good care.

    Hi Gert
i agree with your comments about not wanting to test the people's patience in this situation.

here, people are relaxing and enjoying their private sort of moment, having a photographer shooting in their direction could tick them off a bit.
It already looks like you have 3 men staring at you.

another fine cultural image, love the carpeted 'beds' where you can drink tea...i had NO idea this was even such a thing. I take it its still around today too.

excellent cultural shot, fun to view for sure.
    enjoy your day

Such majestic landscape, it seems that no matter where you are are what direction you're facing there's something picturesque. This is certainly no different, what a wonderful view down the shoreline and off into the distant peaks. A very well blanced composition in material and exposure, there's a lot of beauty contained within a single frame! Must have been an inspiring journey. Enjoy the rest of the day. Take care.
