    Hello Vasilis,

The light management is first rate here, with the rocks not seen as silhouettes. You timed the small boat in the reflections of the setting/rising sun.

    Witaj Ryszard,

You've captured a heart-warming scene with the little boy surveying the area. Where is my mother? Liguria is usually a little cold in mid-September, but the little boy, possibly Scandinavian has no problems.

    Warm regards,

    Hello Bev,

There really is a silvery quality in the shrubbery. The photo is well composed and displaying remarkable depth-of-field. The bare branches hanging over the fence are indispensable for this landscape shot.

    Hello Stephen,

The rickshaw operators look like they are about to sprint out. In fact, they are arranged in perfect Germanly order. It's a colorful scene and you've been spotted by one of the cyclists.

    Hi Ike
Very beautiful architectural photo showing the classic traditional style perfectly imposing over the more stylised classical. I really love your perspective here. Funnily, I usually think vehicles take away from an architectural photo but they add quite a lot, like a third layer below the buildings. Very nicely done
    Cheers

    Hi Mesut
I think the beach is amazing in off season too, its given you this lonely and dramatic photo. The overhanging part on the left adds a strange sense to the image , enhancing the lack of people on the sand. This lace is really really made for people, so it's more notable that there are none. The sepia is a very nice choice too.
    Cheers

    Hi Erling
Strong photo and note and I love the simple but powerful composition . The thirds division is very nicely chosen and for me makes the sene of internal isolation inside very prominent against the well lit expansive landscape outside. Great photo

    Hi Robert
As a child I was always fascinated by these American style trucks (Optimus Prime had a lot to do wiht that) so the truck alone in this pin sharp black and white drew me in. The spiky Roman arena style hubcap is a real bonus for me as its only when I clicked that I noticed. Looking at the way they are placed, they seem to be behind the outward point of the cab stairs so I guess don't pose a risk, unless you run into it. Very cool photo.

    Hi Brenda
Sculpture has become my favourite subject for photography and I must admit that I find this powerful and emotional. There is something about the expression and rather reaching hands that really hit hard. It actually remind me of a sculpture I posted a while back called the spirit of love from Gantry, where there is similar reaching of hands
.in that it's for different but sadly similar reasons.

It is hard to even comprehend the horror of being there as so many young died like this and I think this sculpture and photo dobeautiful justice to the event.

Thanks for the workshop, great to ee itn in its entirety but of the two, I prefer this, it is much more soul filled for me .

    Best wishes from Ireland :)
    Cheers

    Hello Ike,

I always like scenes of autumn, but they are also sad. The seasons are short and getting shorter, it seems. You shot this beauty about six weeks ago, and at one point all the leaves came must have come down, as they are seen in the distance. Now the trees are "denuded" as they say. Although in Edinburgh I don't think it gets as cold there as in Boston, which is at latitude 4221′N, much farther south.

    Excellent photo,

    Warm regards (pun intended).

    Bulent

Very impressive view that takes in a lot more than first glance would indicate. The eye is drawn to the stone but there is so much more in the background, all presented on a stunning blue sky. The gold looks great against it

    Hi Jorge
I find the moon really hard to photograph so I can really appreciate this, your placement of the satellite dish is a nice touch too, it almost looks like a blackbird in the thumbnail. I'm also surprised you didn't get more interest in your ufo photo, and I wonder have we really become so blase? Fascinated me anyway :)
