The light really makes all the difference here - the pavement, the people, the long shadows... You captured the moment very well, with the woman so well placed and the church in background.
The colour seems also a good option - it works well this way!

Another great daily scene from this country! They look just great and dress so differently. I like their poses and expressions looking at the camera. Photographers were probably rare there, so they were taking the mission seriously. I really like it in b&w!
