    Hi Angel
now thats an excellent subject to squeeze into the frame :)
looking at the size of the sailboat on the right really puts the large ship into perspective doesn't it.
lovely light, smart angled compo, and executed well. thanks for this one. cheers

    Hi Bev
yeah, i say this is similar to when you're at the Mona Lisa, at some point its better to actually photograph the people photographing the Mona Lisa :)

its good to look at things from a different perspective sometimes.

Not sure what your experience was like, but when I visited, the ESB was super busy and jam packed, while this sight On top of the rock had way less people and was more relaxed.
Also, we can see the wide open spaces, the ESB was very narrow and packed with people.

excellent color tones complimenting each other, i like that orange and blue combo. see you around

    Hi Gert
I have to be honest, i'm looking forward to ending my UK posts soon. (i will revisit and post more in the future) Simply because I want to post more local Vancouver drone shots AND because i have so many more photos from India to share.

yes, lots going on in this scene. I like how the fg people are directly facing you and i like exploring the signs from all the vendors top and bottom and side to side.

and thats quite the temple! and i have to hand it to you for keeping a journal, i guess the modern day version of that is Travel Bloggers. You were ahead of your time! haha

    cheers

now this is awesome!!!! wow, now thats a wall of graffiti.
and it looks good too, not just a bunch of art like the wall was vandalized, this looks GOOD.
so many subjects, it going to take me awhile to absorb everything i'm looking at! wonderful.

excellent choice of scene/place to honour the great Cohen.
who ever built this really wanted it to stand out, and thats exactly what this colour scheme does.

love the simplicity of its geometry and how it makes such a strong impact. excellent lighting and clarity. cheers

now this one is a little bit different, never seen this pov with the marina before. I like how you captured the long boat on its angle like that, makes it seem even longer than it really is. and the rusted sky colour makes a strong impact as well. cool shot

    very cool, very cool indeed.
No models here today? now that would have been something eh! haha

lovely shot and compo, I dont' think most people walk away from here with this scene but you did. well done to align it properly which is easier said than done.

lovely blue sky to compliment the greens, and the depth is A+. looks great to me.

    PS
have you seen the abandoned building before in my newest post? its along the ring of Dingle. cheers

how did you get here from Edinburgh, did you walk? bus it?
We walked, this Dean's Village is very photogenic isn't it.
I walked down the same little streets as you did in your WS photos.

its pretty hard NOT to photograph that little river with its stone buildings in its picturesque setting, and thats exactly what this is. well done. cheers

the longer I look at this one the funnier and more interesting it gets :)

that one lonely person on the right is so funny, especially bc he's also sitting on the far right of the benches too.

    this is beautiful!
you even got a building reflection in there along the bottom portions.

and on the left, the new Oculus, we can see every line in good detail. the composition is cool too with overlapping whites and blues. clearly this is the Modern NYC without a doubt. lovely shot. cheers
