    Hello Stephen,
I always wondered where teh estuary ends and the sea begins... here local people had a nice idea and regulated the flow with a canal that allow good distinction where the estuary is.
The wooden hut is a nice and necessary object to percieve scale upon the scene, low tide also shown beautifully.
    Best regards,

    Hello Craig,
I'd take a closer picture of the old car in light green, and post as WS - but my guess this is an ancient Morris of some mid-1950th model.
The slope is harsh, both to walk along - and also for photography. But you managed best possible, colorful houses always cheering up the hard climb... reminded me od SFO.
Best regards and a nice new day,

The place looks exactly as we saw it on 06/1998 visit, Daniel, and this particular spot was the ancient custom-point between Moorish ruled Andalucia and the castilla-Leon Toledo's town.
This town has lot's of Jewish history enfolded to those walls, and not good memories from 1492 - there are a great number of jewish people who would never enter Toledo, even in this modern era.
    Fine photo.

Must be a great advanture to walk along part of the old Mura-Urbana, Carlo.
High walls defended the ancient city, made it impssible to conquer ( though I do not remember if Pisa was ever taken over).
Well lit and fine photo with nice elements added (trees on left side).

sometimes the title of the photo makes all the difference, love your choice of title - you basically created an entire story line from it.

like you said, where did they go, what was their purpose, how many were there? its got that look and feel of dinosaur tracks. fun shot and creative title.
