    Hi Jorge
we don't see this type of atmosphere very often from Santorini, at least in posted photos anyways. it gives your photo a mysterious type of feel to it that i like. and for a change the lighting is a bit dim, not striking the homes as much as we're used to either. fine post! dramatic views.

    Hi Dale
another beauty here. the subject matter is A+.
do you have any photos of these dragons and gargoyles? love to see them.

smart angle that you took the photo on, it looks so good from here, and we have the head stones upfront and center too. Very clear and concise photo, looks great. cheers

    Hi Luciano
yes, this one is a little different, and theres nothing wrong with that at all. great to see thes Palms and vegetation, along with the famous Cathedral in the bg peeking up and out.
too bad people always have to fight and argue...people need to relax! fun photo, looks great from here, especially bc the lighting is overly bright. still looks great. cheers

    Hi Chris
another fine photo from the air. I wonder how this will look 20 years from now, will there be more, will the entire piece of land be covered with buildings? Still wouldnt want to live here. interesting photo for obvious reasons, fun to shoot.

    Hi Denis
smart composition, i really like this one. you could have even cropped out the roof and its still a beautiful scene.
the grey clouds, the lime green grass, the wooden fence, the purple and red flowers, its a visual feast. smart layout

    Hi Serge
love this one. its all about perspective. really like how the two buildings flare outwards, the rails create lead in lines and depth, as do the cables in the air, and the clouds also give depth. lots to like in this city street scene, very cool visuals. cheers

funny how I really like the tables too! they add another dimension to the scene.

the light striking the church is amazing, same with the blue sky and clouds. its quite attractive, and the exposure is perfect. one of your best posts, its a beautiful photo.

    Hi Pavle
yes, why are there so many cables and wires? This is something we often see in Asia, i remember seeing so many like this in Thailand. Here in Canada this would never happen, it would be too dangerous and it would be taken down immediately.
I wonder why this is done, very interesting. fun post.

    Hi Sergio
when I viewed this I actually said "WOW" outloud :)
    I like it that much.

this is my personal favorite style of photography, the way you combined the two sides and roof to make one uniform subject is beautiful. one of your best posts in my humble opinion.

the golds and blues are an added bonus, and we can even see a hint of reflections. again....wow!

    Hi Sergio
as i said, I've missed too many of your recent posts.
this one caught my attention as well.
its easy to see this location being used by wedding photographers and couples. I know I would if I were a photographer.

smart compo to leave as much sky out of the frame as possible, its covered and your allowing mother nature to take over. lovely light and exposure all around.

I was on this OTHER SIDE of the Taj Mahal as well, but I didn't get very far. Within a few minutes I had security men approach me and escort me back to the normal areas. This was a couple years ago.

you lucked out with some water reflections and the light overall is very attractive. always fun to capture unique pov's. cheers

    Hi Ike
the only way we can tell its an actual large mural is the bottom portion on the far right, we can see the ground.
the WS help as we can see even more. Too bad you don't have a photo of the entire building from much further back, but I understand the urge to compose it just with the colorful mural. I like how a painter creates depth on a flat surface like this, very cool. cheers

this is pretty much a must-do when visiting Lisbon :)
I have the same photo myself, it's an easy metro ride to get here. And I just noticed how the buildings in the bg have a green outer color, matching the park! I never get tired of this view, excellent final result here with the hazy sky making it hard for you. cheers
