Bonjour Nicolas,

Good graphism of the white almond tree blossoms against the dark almost black tree trunks with excellent sharpness and repetition. The diagonal axis of the trees adds dynamism and perspective. A wonderful blue sky to cap it all off. Tfs!

Almost a sepia shot with the warm colors and lack of intense color saturation anywhere in the image. Good sharpness and nice perspective is added by the dirt road. Excellent reflections in the puddles. The hazy silhouette in the bg of the man and car adds interest. Tfs!

I like the conical bg peak mirroring and paralleling the triangular roof in the fg. Good sharpness and well composed with excellent colour and saturation. The fg purple lilacs or wisteria add a nice splash of Spring colour. Bon Lundi!

I might have cropped some of the blue sky to give a more wide angled, panoramic view but this is fine as is. Good sharpness and a nice tonal range and graduation in the sky. The Ataturk Bridge spanning the strait is a nice focal point. Good sharpness and excellent colour and saturation. Tfs!

A nice daily life scene and the juxtapositioning of the 2 dogs and their owners taking them for a walk, either side of the fg cyclist is a good decisive moment shot. Excellent sharpness and realistic colour and saturation. The diffused light works well here and the man with the umbrella makes a fine secondary focal point and lets the viewer know its raining. Tfs!

I like the unusual diagonal symmetry of the majority red triangle bottom left contrasting against the blue triangle of sky top right. A superb upward pov with impeccable sharpness with nice repetition of the windows. Have a nice Tuesday!

I like the motion blur of the people and the wide angled view which builds perspective. Good sharpness and tonal range with superb graphism although this is not what I want to see when eating my Helva! But the partial reflection at left adds a certain kind of symmetry. Tfs!

My first 2 thoughts when viewing the thumbnail were indigenous Australian aboriginal art, perhaps didgeridoos, because of the similar warm ochre colors, or snakeskin motifs. Good use of a shallow dof with excellent fg sharpness on the cylinder at right. The diagonal axis adds dynamism. Tfs!

These attractive sculptures vaguely resemble the singers from a Motown pop group such as the Supremes. Good sharpness, effective tight framing (yet still with adequate breathing space) and good warm cold color contrasts between the coppery red and blue hues. Bon semaine!

A nice follow up shot to the previous with a wider angled view setting the scene and context. Good color contrasts between the cooler hues of the blue plastic chairs and the warmer yellow green grass. The solitary man adds a good focal point. The tall vertical format suits this image well. Tfs!

Lisa sounds like quite a character! It must have been great to meet her. A fantastic sunrise with superb silhouettes of the iconic Sydney Opera House with the added inclusion of the old sailing ship. I like the receding perspective from right to left in this superb streetscpae. Good sharpness and the warm cold colour contrast between the blue sky and the pink yellow and orange facades of the buildings is excellent. The alfresco tables and chairs add interest as well as repetition. Bon semaine!

A stark contrast between the utilitarian barbed wire topped fences and the artistic and inspiring bg monument. Good sharpness and superb graphism against the deep blue sky. I like the distortion from the wide angled lens. I may have cropped a little at right so that the lamp post begins exactly in the corner. Tfs!

Yes I can see an abstract natural sculpture of an eagle in the rocks. Good sharpness and natural looking colour. Excellent graphism of the dark rock against the lighter sky. I might have included more at left so the smaller rock on the horizon isn't cut. Tfs!

Have you been to Chios at all? It's right next to Turkey and that would save me an 8 hour boat trip from Piraeus. Anyway this is another fine shot of this gorgeous Greek Island with its characteristic blue and white architecture tripping down the steep slopes of the dormant caldera wall. Very good sharpness and punchy light contrasts. Tfs!

Looks newish. This wouldn't have been here when I went through CR so it's nice to see an update. Wonderful symmetry with good sharpness and superb reflections. A good exposure on the bright white highlights. Well composed using the ratio of 2/3 sky to 1 part land. Tfs!
