Hey I like this a lot, Clark. The angle of the shadow works well as an introduction into the shot, and the poles keep the eye going quite nicely. We're then satisfied by the mountains in the back. Lovely!

To experiment with: You might try adding some contrast to get more darks and lights to see what happens. Also, if you do an unsharp mask at a high pixel rate but low percentage, you might be able to bring in more "clarity" if you wanted any more.

just beautiful! man i´ve seen your pictures and you got talent my friend! specially those pictures at night they are amazing! im going to poland on february and staying there for 5 months. and im looking forward to go to these places, france, germany, england and many others. you are a good traveler i enjoyed ur pictures very much.. keep doing it.

Nice observation about both elements, imagine if there wasnt that tower behind but just the Sultan Abdul Samad Builing it would be a great picture but still, this is an excellent picture and the tower behind give us the whole story about how modern building are growing up so much. I do agree how you named this picture "old & new" cause in this particularly picture that building behind is a very important element of composition cause is telling that in front of that building there is something beautiful constructed many years ago and in the back there is us catching up with these old beautiful structures. good note!

when i first saw this picture it got me interested his position and the smiling towards you, i mean if this can be a good portrait i think that it is very original one, besides it was his first time on the sea it became a great picture, well done!

great colors u got there! you know sometimes taking pictures of buildings doesnt necessary need to get a good angle or good view for looking all the architecture of the buildings there are always different elements around that can create a good composition jut by looking for them like this one, clouds and colors and still u got an architecture shot! i really like this shot u took. congrats!

Fantastic colors! Having these type of colors in different elements of architecture like windows, doors, gives life to the architecture that is old and not very well preserved. You got really nice composition here, great shot.
