    Hi JJ
I always say its so important to look UP when walking around the city to shoot architecture - most people for some unknown reason just don't do that.

really think the clouds add alot of visual interest and impact, as do the yellow and blue color combinations.
looks great how the Cathedral fills up the frame, very attractive.

    Hi Tiffany
well well well, look what we have here :)
this place is very close to home!

I've photographed this hundreds of times and I never ever get bored of it.

Its nice to see that you added in the people along the bottom, showing that its also a walkable structure.

love the sails and the clouds.
    fun shot!

    Hey Jason
had to come back to this photo before i forgot.
I really liked the composition the most, and to make it better everyone is obviously wearing the same colors same suit. Its kind of funny seeing that same repetitive form over and over in the frame - works well.

Funny to also see how their eyes are moving off into different directions before the camera snaps off.

I'm off to work, gotta get going before i get too late.
Hope all is well, take it easy!

    Hi Brian
so THIS is the beast eh!?
what a subject to photograph this must be.

does it always have this certain glow to it? or is it illuminated by natural light? whats going on here, its very futuristic and yet modern.

    what a subject!!!
love this wide angle shot as well as the close up you showed earlier.

    Hi Daniel
i remember seeing this photo yesterday and i loved it, as i do now.

its so attractive to see the pale blue sky above, with the darkened road below.

and of course the cable car with the wires is an awesome subject in any country.
    well done with the lighting

    Hi Noel
see? I walk into model shoots on the street, you walk into sheep and livestock...its a perfect fit for me!

    haha

I hate to bring it up again, but while i was in Chicago last week I bumped into not one, but 2 model photo shoots on the streets!

yup...no word of a lie! and one was a sexy young blonde. I must have lucky leprechauns up my ass lol

now lets move onto your shot here, even though i'm still thinking about that blonde.

but you DO have the luck of bumping into these castles, we don't have that here in Canada.

this is awesome how you shot it as a silhouette, with the brooding skyline above. The sheep have no idea how lucky they are to have a wonderful view here each day.

    great shot!

these reflection photos are so popular, thanks to TE i notice them every where i walk

and of course it always helps to have a sweet looking Audi in the fg :)

Do you ever take those hop on hop off buses? I hate to admit it but i do. Its a smart way to get to know a city on your first day there.

    Hi Lisa
well, i'm not even going to TRY to compete with Klaudio's critique, its well written and certainly memorable.

I have a question...how long are these scum politicians in power for? Here in Canada the Party can hold power for only 4 years, then there has to be another re-election, what about in Australia?

Lets hope the people can vote them OUT asap.

Whats so surprising is how big business and some media types follow the current regime. I guess money talks, how sad is that.

In my honest opinion the recent "WIN" you mentioned about keeping the Barrier Reef listed as a UNESCO sight was 100% planned by your government.

Its the CLASSIC Bait and Switch technique.

I seriously think the government KNEW they wouldn't win that case, but went after it to give the people a win in the battle to shut them up - sort of speak.

knowing full well, the governments first priority was that mining deal - that was their PRIMARY target from the get go.

So they were thinking lets give the people a small win, but we will win the war, classic bait and switch.

Perhaps they think it will give the people some satisfaction in that they succeeded in keeping the sight a Unesco sight, but the government didn't give a rats ass in the first place. They now have what they were after.

Lets hope mother nature finds a way to win out in the end. Mother nature almost always finds a way.

I appreciate and admire your passion, dedication and ethics, i really do.

    GO Mother Nature!!

Oh man, this is one every photographers to-shoot-list, or at least you would think it is, I know its on mine.

I know the Castle has been renovated time and time again to maintain it, but i wonder how it looked on its VERY FIRST day of completion many many years ago.
