    Hi Brian!
I can see your brain a little clouded. You are absolutely right. Some hyenas hunt down for pictures from material well-being. I really did not come here for this reason. I looked at your website, I like it. But this is I think I wrote it. So, nothing wrong, I will wait for your pictures to. This is the basis of your work so far may not be the most successful. But in order to go two points :-)

    Hello Neil
Thanks for posting this informative photo. Even though I lived in CHCH for a few years I was not aware that construction had actually begun on the Cardboard Cathedral. From the thumbnail this image reminded me of thatched roof farmhouses in Japan. Tfs, Marlene

    Hello Craig
A great story you have told. Congratulations on your successful location of the wreck - shows that if you are determined you are bound to succeed. I have been to Vik and clearly remember the black sand but I never saw anything like this. Looks as though it has been used for shooting practice. Wonderfully detailed composition. By the way New Zealand's west coast also has black sand. Cheers, Marlene

From the thumbnail I thought this was a sepia image. Wonderful sunrise mood. In an ideal world I would have preferred it if you had cropped some of the foreground and included all of the tree in the background. Excellent. Cheers, Marlene

The dismal weather has if anything enhanced this image. The subject matter is something which could have been seen as not so photogenic - but this is not the case. You have turned the ordinary into the extraordinary. Well done, Marlene
