this is almost like a painting Izzet. very cool. The colours are great, and I think that she's not looking right at you is perfect. I actually didn't think this was a real girl at first (I thought it was some sort of diagonal wall hanging.)

I loved the first one, and this one I think is even better Eric. You got rid of the colour that I found distracting, and got more detail in the sky. I think I like the vertical format better, but no matter this is fantastic.

wow Siddhartha, I just discovered your gallery. you have some nice stuff.
I really thought the thumb of this was awesome. I'm a big fan of high contrast and copious negative space images. The lonely man in the midst of a cityscape was a cool idea, but then I saw the kids to the left, and the atmosphere kinda seeped out that compositional puncture.
I still like it though. :-)

hey there Kajal, how are ya! It's been awhile for me, good to see you're still posting.
This shot has lovely colours and good compositon. I have a bit of a prob with the heads though. I wish the dog were looking towards you or the girl and the girl's head more pointed towards the dog. This pic is made or broken by communiction between the two, but as it is it isn't very clear.
Still a good pic though, love the colours, vignetting, and it's graphical architecture.

So there's an invasion eh? Well, at least it's a delicious one, it could have been worse, it could have been hotdog stands. And man, do I hate hotdogs and their damned stands!
I'm a fan of reflections Gal, so I guess I'm a fan of this! the comp is strong (of course), but I do thnk yhe DoF is a bit too shallow. I'd like to see a bit more detail in the reflection.

definately a different sort of image, so kudos there! I do like the blurred mystery of the scene. I know I see one figure, and maybe a burka'd second one (but that could also be a homeless person wrapped in blankets, or some nuit blanche art thing that I cant quite grasp, or it might not even be a person at all...) In any case it's the mystery that make one keep looking, so that's not a bad thing.
That said, it's not an image you automatically love either to be fair. So definately (metaphorical) points on it's compellingness sir!

I was going to shake my head at the partial desat. but I see that Luko beat me to it. Just don't do it again man. I actually posted an early TE shot as a partial desat so I can understand the allure at first, but it'll grate on you too soon enough.
At first I thought this was a repost of an image I saw here on TE a long time ago, but I see this one is diff (with a person in it). A good addition as it balances it nicely. His motion is very fitting too.
Now just don't do this PD thing again.
