Great picture of this old man. Is that a knife in his hand? The colors are truly fantastic. I wonder what he is thinking as he looks in to the camera. I am sure yours is not the first photo that he has had taken. I think there are many different tribes from other parts of Asia scattered through out what was once French Indo China. Did you go to Bangkok? I liked it but that was long ago.
Have a good week. Regards. Roger.

You know I have been to the South Rim six times over the years and never heard of this place. Can you hike in or can you drive there? I know you said you were on a raft. I found parking very difficult there last year. If I go there again , I will take the train from Williams. Again I learned something from TE. Ha ha
This looks great in black and white. Regards, Roger

Hello Chris, This is a good one. I guess one can say that about most of the Grecian Islands. I have only been to four or five but this is small and very impressive. I love the green water in the shallow part and then as one looks further out toward the sea, it gets really blue.
How do you access these islands, on a tour, cruise or what? My two trips to Greece were cruises and we had specific island identified and that is where we went.
Again, this a great shot. worth more kind words than I can say, but it has everything. Boats, beach umbrellas and I am sure good food. What a view. Regards, Roger

This is really worth viewing . This portrait of the native is absolutely amazing. The colors and dress is one of the more interesting that I have seen. I am not familiar with that part of the world, but I hope they enjoy their independence.
I don't post very much , but I have to say this would win a prize in my book. Sensational. Regards. I used to live in Paris long ago. 1951. Roger

This is a charming looking village nestled in the mountains. It appears to have four sections here, first the foliage in the foreground with its green hue. Then are eyes see the village with it colorful roofs . The mountains in the background appear to be steep and rugged, and finally the hazy clouds in the blue sky. Altogether a delightful scene.

This a very interesting but also a confusing bit of architecture. The tower appears to be something of the past and the structure behind is very ultra modern. In Vienna, they built a building directly behind the St Stephans Church and it looks awful. Of course this has beauty, but I wonder why they do this. I have had some experience with modern sculpture when I was at the University. Not of my liking but the University foundation had paid the artist for it, and so it was planted on the campus. Every time I go to Portland I look at that thing. grrrrrr.
Lots of nice color in this photo and I like the pedestrians and auto in the photo . Livens it up.
Warm Regards, Roger

This harbor photo is a lovely seascape of the boats and mountains. It appears they are largely sail boats and I am sure when the sails are raised there is even more beauty. This is a very restful picture. It makes you wish you were there. Delightful. Like magic.
Wondeful job. Regards, Roger
