Taking picture of traffic cops interacting with traffic violators is a relatively dangerous activity in VN. If they see you, what do you think they'd do to you?.. Traffic cops are believed to be the most corrupt in VN, next, custom officers at ports. It's a very sad state of affair... The general population has no love for them and sees them as a nuisance or even holds them in disdain.

awesome photo... I think the composition is just about as good as it gets in this situation. I would love to see a wide angle lens taken closed to the table giving more intimate feel to the picture...

Here is the translation of the text on the sign/board...
"Fresh water Bathroom
Bathroom
Swimsuits, swimming goggles, diving masks, swimming caps...
Suntan lotion, soap, hair conditioners, etc..."
then one only sees a white toilet bowl sitting in the middle of the pathway... that's the joke... and a very good one.

Very nice, the enhanced contrast does it for me... I would like to see more water and less of the sky above... The reflection from the water would be more interesting than the smoggy sky...
