Hello Gildas,
A splendid capture of this elegant and impressive church nicely framed by the colourful flower beds. The light across the façade is perfect to bring out the tones and detail in the stonework. Excellent sharpness.

Hello Joël,
I have yet to visit the Médoc; it's a nuisance there isn't a bridge across the Gironde Estuary. I know there is a ferry from Blaye but it's rather expensive and a bit problematic. A good composition of this interesting church surrounded by its cemetery. It is well framed with good light and colours. Sharpness is also good. Must try and make the effort next year.

Hello Gunnar,
A fine composition of this rather dilapidated house set all alone in the field. I very much like the sharp tonal contrast between the bleached timbers and the the yellows and greens of the grassland. Sharpness is excellent.

Hello Lisa,
A very atmospheric image that captures the dereliction of this old building to a T. I like the point of view and the repeating motifs of the windows and steelwork. Good black and white conversion with a fine range of tones. It is perhaps slightly less sharp than it might be.

Hello Nicolas,
A fascinating and rather beautiful graphical composition. It has some wonderful light and shadow play. I also like the reflections cast by the ceiling and the bush. Exposure management is excellent. Very well done.

Hello Krzysztof,
An interesting daily life image of these two old friends chatting. It is well composed making good use of the angles formed by the wall and the bollard, which nicely counterbalances the two men. Very good light, colours and sharpness.

Hello Roger,
The bus brings a nice splash of colour to relieve the predominant greys of the architecture and is well placed, so as not to be overly obtrusive. I like the repeating motifs of the chimney pots along the top of the frame. Very good colours and sharpness.

Hello Jean-Yves,
You have managed the exposure perfectly to bring out the detail in the shadow areas and avoid any hotspots. The mosaic like window coverings make for some lovely silhouettes and create a particular atmosphere. Thanks for sharing.
