You continue to show us the delights of the Adriatic coastline and very nice they are too. I like the slightly downwards point of view; the concrete jetties in the foreground add a touch of graphism and make a good anchor point before we take in the rest of the scene. The well packed beach with its blue and red parasols offers an interesting and colourful secondary focal point. The image is well exposed and has excellent colours and clarity. Taking a picture from the bar of a view like this sounds a very relaxing form of photography, though I think I would plump for a beer rather than a cider:-)

I stumbled across this well presented composition in your archive, attracted by the rather curious looking monument and the limpid blue sky. A well composed image with a pleasing atmosphere to it. The bicycles parked close by add a nice touch. Very well exposed with excellent colours and clarity.

Fine symmetrical framing and excellent long perspective. The cyclist is well placed and adds a human touch to the built environment. The myriad of supporting wires make for some great graphism and in the background we have the majesty of the New York skyline. Very well exposed with excellent colours and clarity.

Looks like a giant caterpillar:-) An interesting and colourful image, well composed with a pleasing tiered effect that draws the viewer in carrying them from one element to the next. Good colours and clarity despite the rather flat light.

An excellent capture of this imposing abbey church, which adapts perfectly to the vertical format. I like the point of view and the framing offered by the foreground vegetation. The lovely sky makes a fine backdrop to the yellowish brown tones of the architecture. Very well exposed with excellent colours and clarity.

The well managed low light creates a wonderful mood that is very apt to the subject. Well composed with the train on the left and the steam pouring out across the frame drawing the viewer in. I am of an age to remember when steam engines were the norm for pulling trains. Dirty and smelly, but really nothing quite like them, modern diesel and electric locomotives cannot touch them for the atmosphere. I envy you.
I have seen Jacques Tati in M. Hulot's Holiday, very funny and always worth another viewing. I also like the one where he plays a country postman, another classic.

The balcony looks a bit rickety but I bet it has stood there many years without any problems. The sort of image I like with a pleasing blend of colour and texture. The symmetrical framing suits perfectly; excellent light management.

The misty atmosphere contributes much to the mood and suits the subject perfectly. The image is well composed with the two figures on the left providing scale. I like steam engines and champagne as well, bur never realised Brazil made champagne; sounds just my sort of outing:-)
