I love the dreamy layers. But I would paint out the crows.
Personally they are disturbing to me. The picture is more about
"peace and quiet". I would also change the cropping, the square
is kind of strange for this subject.

A pretty amazing shot. Colors are great, composition - not sure,
kind of wish it was central or more to the right, it's kind of
in between... But great anyway!

I like it a lot! I think you could take another shot a moment later
when those people moved a bit and then combine the two to remove them...
I don't think they bring anything...
I would also crop a bit on the right to clean up that extra building.
