Hi!
A very interesting scene, and you managed to capture it wonderfully. Technically I would prefer it a bit more light. The circ pol made sea & ground quite heavy (and of course it's also a very contrasty scene), so to lighten it a bit would do...
Secondly I would try a crop of the upper half, leaving it as a panoramic shape, with only sand, frame, woman and sky...

Hi there!
I like the composition. Very unusual, and refreshing!!!
It's kind of totally out of balance, yet it keeps it's balance hence to the "gangurru"'s (great note by the way) expression I think. He's kind of shy and curious at the same time, and the placement of him at the side is boosting that!
Yet I think your levels could be much better. It's overall dark and heavy, so you should lighten it quite a bit...

Hi Mate!
Not al happy here. It's ok, but I think you either should do as you suggested yourself...stopping OR Make the shutter longer to make it a bit more abstract and blurred by the movement. This falls a bit in between those two options...

Allrighty there mate!
Cool framing here! I like the way you fill the frame here, wich makes it quite graphical. Nicely counterweight with the person all the way by the side there. Original composition...
You might post a bit larger images...
Enjoing the lense???

He he! Yes I think it's the same woman too!
The picture is a good portrait, though she
might could have a glanse at you!
Did you use flash?
If so, I guess working with natural light, would
make for the background to be lighter, and
maybe get less powerful, yet telling the story
that it's from a market...

Hi there!
Great note, but the image is kind of strange. The cars in the back is a strange element, especially reading your note and title. In one way they might underline the age of the ladies since they represent something new, but I think I would preferred this image without them. I like the expression of the center woman, so for me it would be more interesting if you'd walked closer/zoomed in more of her. Maybe choose another angle to free her from the cars. I can also see this was taken around noon because of the hard sun in her face...

Happy birthday Henk!
As for the picture I wish you moved the frame a bit to the right to include more of their hands...
And when it comes to terrorism, I guess it doesn't really help for the religious leaders to ban it. As long as there is some nations that surpresses, exploit and humiliate other people/nations you'll have the terror going I'm afraid.
Have a nice day anyway!

Light is ok, but where is the main interest here?
I can't really find any point of where my eye finds something of interest, and this results in looking at the picture and then I'm finished looking at it. I think a motive/a subject should be in this very ordinary scene. The bridge seems nice enough, but it's hidden in this composition...
