haha. i like this picture. great contrast in colors between the lava and the emerging ferns.
even after the fiery destruction, nature will go on.

the silouhette of the couple in foreground seemed artificial to me. i find it very distracting to the eye. they appear very flat and 2 dimensional. the rest of the photo is awesome though. you really captured the power and beauty of the waves. i would have focussed more on the body border and his fight with the waves.

beautiful picture. did you take that in 1 shot. or did you take multiple panoramic shots and stitch them together?
