Hi Luisa, Welcome to TE. I like your attempt to capture the beauty of the night and appreciate it. I'd like to note down some technical factors in this picture. I think you've used a higher ISO setting for this picture. Even though you didn't get the waves on water surface sharp. The picture is grainy and too much noise in the black. Try using a medium ISO setting and a tripod, and do some exposure bracketing and shutter speed bracketing. (for reference you can see the picture "Amman by Night" by 'Hebsi')
Thank you for your interest in TE and photography. Best wishes.

Hi Luisa, I like this image. Especially the reflection of the sky blue in the water. I think it will be more nice if u might have avoided little sky and include more water...i mean tilting down the camera little. The water area is actually under exposed and that gives the more saturation. Thank you. Best wishes. Prathapan.

Hi, I think the picture may have more truthful to its title if it is photographed by an ultra wide angle or fisheye lens for getting the horizon line in a circular upwards in the edges.
This is the very best example proving that every visual that came across us in daily life contains an element of art if you blessed with creative thinking. Its a very good picture captured on the way with out any prepration or preplaning. My regards Neelima. Prathapan

Hi Noreen, welcome to TE. The composition of your picture is nice. I think it is little over exposed. The highlighted areas lost detail. It will be better if you use a polarizer filter to get the blue sky little more dark and the clouds will becomes outstanding then, adding overall depth to the picture...nice attempt.thanks..And i very much like your attempt to click with the bird on the right edge..wow....
