AWebb, I think it's a tripod shot!

Next time try to use a ND filter instead of f/32. It should improve your detail on image quality and reduces the visibility of dust on the CMOS! An Hoya ND8 lowers 2 stops, for example.

I like this shot of daily life and the contrast between poverty of the man (I suppose, looking at him) and the world all around (PC's boxes, Spiderman AD's...)

What about the sky? The saturation is due to Panorama Picture Style or a Pola?
I love 17mm on FullFrame...
