A note would be very useful for viewers with a shot like this. Or at least show that you care.
Don't ever expect other people to appreciate your photos if you don't appreciate them yourself.

I like the way you let his head out of focus in blur. But a bit darker tone and some little saturation might help to express the photo better.

I love the color tone, it brings a beautiful mood for the pic. This might not be the best POV though - it makes me so curious to see her face! =)

This is such a brillian shot! Trams are something too familiar to any Melburnian that most of us do not even care to take photos of them. But your shot really brings a new fresh look to the city's symbol. Congrats!

Haha funny.
On the technical aspect, I suppose a closer POV would be better. It would bring more contrast between the man's modest figure and all the powerful-looking propaganda things.
