no, I can't name them except for the Italian one:))
Excellent eye-catching photo, looking at them swaying in the light of the setting sight I can almost feel the breeze:) As for the wires unless you had mentioned it I would have thought it's the same rope holding the flags, just not enough flags to fill it up. And that means your compo's perfect:)
