The tone of the photo is terrific, lightening he blacks would spoil it, but I wonder whether the compostiiton would have been improved if you had used a lower angle... thus trying to include more of the decorative shield above the heads of the subjects.

A terrific look at a stunning piece of architecture - I particularly like the shadows cast on the interior stonework.

Very nice shot. It has a very pleasing eeerie feeling. The fog competes very well against the straightness of the trees.

Great shot! I'm not at all sure of the scale of the foreground - are the furrows in the sand inches or yards across (I suspect inches) but I love the amibuity of the picture.

Very nice shot. I particularly like the tunnel effect with the road dissapearing into a black hole.

Top Shot! I totally agree that timing is just about everything. Anyone can take a shot of a very scenic location. Most however will miss out on that something special that makes a photo memorable.
