This one's a beauty indeed!
And of course the cycle at the bottom caps the photo off so well, especially when i scroll down the page and there it sits at the end :)
Love how the window shutters are open, and the colors all work so well in harmony.
Sweet light and colors :)

Reminds me so much of the small train stations in Poland :)
Very cute, very charming and even memorable. For some reason its scenes like this that often come to mind when i reflect on traveling.
Good light, good composition and subject.

I personally think this is a great choice! Copenhagen is one of my all time favorites cities, so of course i'll like it.
Excellent warm light, mixed with the cold crisp air and snow.
Its a beauty.

the world is full of deception!
I was astonished (but not anymore) when i first learned that the museum will often show the 'fake' Mona Lisa, and nobody even knows the difference.
They do it to preserve the real Mona Lisa.
So which one did you see here on this day? who knows!
Not to open up the doors to other conversations, but it just makes me wonder what else is going on around the world that we the every-day-folk are getting scammed with.
Lets hope you were there for the real thing, but as you mentioned its the overall experience that you're actually getting here, and the photo captures it well.
Hope you have a happy holiday with you and your family!!!

you should now change the title of this photo to A Fright of Ghosts lol
I would love to camp out overnight here and wait for a Fright of Ghosts to approach me :) Better bring a couple pair of diapers too!
Honestly, though, I'm not kidding!! I would love to meet a ghost up close - am i crazy?
love the broken tombstone on the bottom, gives it a messy unorganized feel to the overall area.
wicked looking church too, whats not to enjoy here!
ummmm.....i just noticed something.....if you look closely, look on the left edge of the photo..i see a translucent figure of a human! not joking! I see a couple of legs...do you see it??

another beauty here John!
there are 2 or 3 parts in the photo that really tickle my fancy. The way the water is sneaking into the scene, the slope of the landscape on the left side of the water, and the clouds.
it somehow has that Lord Of The Rings look and feel to it.
a strong post for TE!
I wonder how this road looks in various weather conditions.

Well, this one is certainly different! But i have to give you props for having the keen eye to notice it. Seeing the orange colors on the road is rather cool. And we can see a good level of textures too.

You've got that right! What a viewpoint is right!
Stunning views at every turn here. Love the various xolors in the water too, especially when mixed with the sandstone coloring.
Clear, sharp, and execellent exposure. Nice shot.
