always a pleasure.
this is one of those scenes where the longer I look at it the more and more I enjoy it.
you know what is the key for me in this scene? two things, the beige strip on the far right, and the hint of the tall hill in the lower bg to the left.
splendid light and exposure as always, I like that its a dit on the dark side, it would have been easy to over-brighten it in post processing. fine photo my friend
see you around

wonderful side lighting.
the homes on the cliffs are well illuminated despite the hazy weather conditions.
lets just hope there won't be any earthquakes :)
but i guess these homes have been here for many many years.
lovely compo, and we can even see a hint of another town off into the distance. excellent post

oh yeah, clouds don't get any better than this!
isn't it fantastic when you can add clouds to any type of scene! love it :)
and the vertical composition works well here too, it makes the cloud formations the focal point.

now that a piece of architecture!
first of all, I really like the pale blue color mixed with the white columns - looks fantastic.
we can see some of the same building style down the road too, next door to this one.
excellent architectural city photo.

fun to see the group in the WS :)
too bad I wasn't there to meet up with you guys as well!
Maybe some other day.
obviously I'm going to enjoy this shot because of the architecture and the black hour lighting.
even without a tripod is turned out quite well.

haha...always fun to meet up with TE members isn't!
glad to hear you had a fun time, with excellent memories :)
so this was taken without a tripod? looks great, hard to get this one handheld.
love the blue light, like a bluehour skyline contrasting with the dark lower half of the frame.
how does it feel to be home?

personally, i really do not like shooting directly into the sun...but Noel seems to have it down correctly :)
and this one looks great too.
overall, i like the dim light more though. it has an interesting and attractive mood/lighting on the left.
and the textured sand with the footprints is the best.

first of all, what strikes me right away are the colors, the lighting and the excellent sharpness/details.
its always great when you can see the textures on the wall, it makes alot of difference.

I've always enjoyed viewing your shots from Switzerland.
love the combination of the snow and the architecture.
great to see the town in the valley, and the twisted looking tree as the focal point.
wonderful lighting and exposure.
