I want to change my name to "Cavendish"
sounds quite Royal :)
Its the type of name that screams "I'm wealthy, I love it, & I'm a snob" lol
its the type of name of a person who undoubtably has a Butler!
I'd like to see this place when construction is complete, sounds quite swanky indeed.
so did you use your trusty Layering skills to highlight the blue sky in this one? haha
you have captured a fine piece of history here, now you have to wait until 2016 to show us the updated version from the EXACT same pov! I'll be waiting!!
lovely shot with the sweeping curve and brilliant lighting.
I have 4 days off now, so i'll try some of that layering you wrote to me about...i'll let you know how it went

haha...we all know where we see this view from, and which TE member we see it from!
Classic view from Pisa, maybe the 'other' most famous scene from this small city.
you have yourself a beautiful blue sky, and the colors on the building fronts are the main highlights. the water reflection colors are pretty sweet too.
really like this one

its not secret as i've said a hundred times before, i love clouds, and they can make or break a photo.
its so interesting how clouds form, and the various types of clouds there are too - how could anyone not enjoy clouds!!
fun view with this one.
nothing but storm clouds brewing.
thanks for this one

now this is super cool!
looking at your gallery page, this one stood out immediately, caught my attention Pronto!
in a weird sort of way it looks like a Diving Platform at the Olympics :)
you had yourself a fine day with popcorn clouds, and i like the addition of the flag too.
excellent subject to post, really enjoyed the note.

how did you get such an awesome shot?!
just goes to show that you DONT need to purchase a front row seat to a ballgame to get a wicked photo.
first of all, i really like the wide white border and small black trim..attractive set up.
and the green/brown combo is A+ too, striking colors for sure. again..awesome shot here.
I got you're email...thanks for understanding.
and yes, i'm whipped
but then again, aren't we all when we're in a relationship? lol
We'll have to meet up at some point, i'd love to go to a ballgame in Arizona, that'd be cool.
Oh, and i still think Jeter is over rated! haha...just razzing ya..you damn Yankee fan you!
but i'm glad to hear you were a Yankee fan back in the Mattingly days, when they sucked. It means you're a true fan, not a band-wagon fan.
The Nats are maybe one of the favorites to win it all this year, but I was a montreal expo fan way back when the team sucked. And i've emotionally endured all the years when the Expos LOST star players due to salary restrictions...So i understand where you're coming from.
the Yankees are on old team now though, and they keep signing old free agents...not sure if i approve of that philosophy. they need to get younger.
anyways...see you around

its great to see these types of shots from Turkey.
as much as i enjoy the typical touristy shots of famous landmarks, these are just as fun to view and to take.
it was worth it to be up in the morning light, proof is in the pudding as they say :)
really like the reds and browns mixed with greens and blues. contemplative mood.

I don't think this photo has enough impact...NOT!
looks like one major paper cut about to happen! haha
love the stark blues and in-your-face compo.
strong angular lines and lots of geometry going on here.
perfect shot in your gallery

i'm a big fan of these city sky lines.
and for obvious reasons nyc has some of the best.
and yes, its a bit hazy and misty, the sky isn't clear but thats not your fault - what could you have done differently, nothing really.
the view is the star, the city is the star.
