the person has told you the right thing.this rock agama is in its breeding plumage.the red color is the indication to that and this is a male.they show this red color to attract the femal.The right place for this photograph is in treknature.

hi thats a nice shot.and a good description.i think (soumen_wfp) wfp is world food programme.And if you work for them then these people doing a good job in india.And from that prospective the caption of your photo shud be Food for Work.And we should be roud for them that they dont beg instead someone is there to feed them against their labor.They should be provided with education in the evening atleast.They may not become top class officials but they can understand themselves.
