Le "baby" vaut le detour, on dirait un engin a turbines!

A tirer sur du beau papier baryte, tous ces beaux portraits monochromes...

Je vois qu' on aime toujours pas les photos d' enfants sur TE (il y a des coups de bouteille en plastique qui se perdent!). Pas grave,merci de nous faire partager ce chouette moment, Michel .

I disagree with Eric. If she looked our way, we'd be drawn out of the rest of the scene/frame. Instead we are following your great POV and angle on things, and there is enough thainess, modern (ubiquitous mobile) and timeless ( typical crouching and... Waiting) in her that "Thailand in a nutshell" is brought to us from this very unconspicous location.

Exposure is superb, bringing out so harmoniously the strong wermillion of the dresses and the skin tones of the dancer. Moreover, they are almost as one, from the pattern drawn by the flying red folds and this is what dance in group is really about.

Une image au beau rythme, avec les verticales des grands arbres, et les passants affaires et marchant ici et la. La figure assise n' en attire que plus notre attention, centrant notre regard et ajoutant une note legerement "magrittienne" a ce paysage pourtant si habituel.

Fine composition, surprisingly an emcompassing view that we rarely see from this famous corner of Paris. A double winner here, then.

Good timing, interesting composition, which suffers from the fact that you probably could not widen your angle a tad more, or had to shoot fast. 2pts for the compo an timing + 0p pts for not quite nailing it= 2 still!
