Hello Siamak,
Beautiful photo from Alborz mountain range.
However, the location is not Azarbyjan-e khavari. Probabely you were going to Azarbayjan-e khavari but you took your picture when the plane was somewhere between Karaj and Qazvin near Hashtgerd in Tehran province.
