What a great picture!
I love the setting - the stark desert and the ruined bridge in the foreground. There are some artifacts from scanning - it might do to run it through NeatImage.
I love it when trekearth and it's community shows me things I've never seen...

I like this picture.
It may need a bit of cropping, and the sky may be over-exposed, but it's a scene I don't see every day, in a place I'll likely not be lucky enough to visit.
I find the subject interesting. I find the texture of the photograph very nice.
Good Job.

very nice. I've been drawn to taking pictures of old barns, abandoned houses, rusty cars in much the same way! I really enjoy how you put yourself in the correct spot to get the sun through the door like that. Color are brilliant - you can almost feel the crisp cold morning.
Very Well done.

I love this photograph (I just looked at your entire body of work, and I must say ... it's stunning). This one, though - I love. I enjoy it when old houses or barns are photographed. These pictures always make me wonder about the story. Why was the house/barn abandoned?
The colors are so muted. Was it because of the light, or was there some processing - it's almost a sepia tone. I really enjoy the composition of this picture. Placing the tree in the "magic 3rds" location makes it at first seem to be the subject, with the house in the background. Bravo!

Don't you just love it when the light allows you to take such marvelous pictures? There are so many elements of this picture I like - The color of the road, the way the light makes the clouds look iridescent, the warmth of the light on the grass on the left, the way you've composed the picture - the red road receding.
It could have been a bit more focused, but... well done!

It's a terrific photograph. I love the control of the depth of field you show, allowing focus on the girls and sea, with blurry background behind.
The girls aren't quite as sharp as one would like, but the expressions on their faces are quite clear! A very, very nice capture.
On a further note - I wish you had taken the time to leave us a note. This is a part of the world that I wish I knew more about, and I wish you had taken the time to tell us more about the location, the people, and the culture...

It's a great picture, and a good note.
I dont' care for the frame at all - in fact, it really detracts from the image for me.
I love the perspective, the composition - it's a nice balance between the glowing tower, and the blurring of the branches because of teh log exposure.
Good job.

wow. 1132 views and no Critiques.
I love the subject of this. It's so well placed & the textures of the rocks are terrific. It's a great image.
But...
I know the desert is harsh, but the resultant image is too harsh. Some how it comes out as washed out. The green of the tree isn't green enough. The rocks are bright. Even the lower part of the sky looks washed out. I'm sure someone with postprocessing skills could make this image ROCK.
Good job, nevertheless.
