A truly lovely portrait. Beautiful mum and cute kid. A very togetherness pose. Nice lights in their eyes. The B & W is very effective.

Very interesting. Lovely composition. Then you have done creative post-processing which at first I thought too vivid, and then I thought - why not - this is really vibrant and what painters do. Good work.

Well, this is a challenging subject. You have 3 choices: the foreground in focus, the rock in focus, or both. Its a beautiful place and I have been there. The colours in your image are superb and you had beautiful weather. But I think that option #3 would be best: use a tripod and set the focal length and aperture so that hopefully the rocher de Perce and the beautiful foreground flowers are in focus.

Very impressive image, and thank you for the interesting and informative note - too many TE images do not come with appropriate notes.
I only have one suggestion and that is that your pic would be even better if you had a supplicant going up the stairs - on the knees or on the feet. Very difficult to arrange such things, I know.

Lovely colours and composition. If only it were larger - filling the screen completely.
