Congratulations on 100 points for your 1000th post! A landmark and a special image. I plan to visit Venice for my first carnival in 2 weeks from now. Any advice would be appreciated, I would love to capture something like this.

Nice shot. Again you capture the heat of sunset over the sea. Something of a trademark for you.

Striking image, excellent exposure. You may want to try some color noise reduction. Lightroom is particularly good for this.

Superb composition. Thank you showing us this beautiful place. 4 points is a disgrace from 1089 viewings, but then Trek Earth is famous for members that make Simon Cowell look soft.

Nice work Ollie. Great exposure and composition from what looks like a very dull day. I might attempt a workshop in black & white. Your images are getting better each time I look.
