The upward shot allowing you to frame the entire plaza works well and provides an almost worshipful framing of the dome. The crisp colors bring out the celebration of the place ... and the boy looking at you makes it a tiny bit fun too.

Not a fan of extended exposure for water flows as it normally decreases the feel of the dynamic characteristics. Here, though, it feels exactly right. It adds a timeless almost ethereal feeling to the scene and the century-old mill. Smiled as soon as it came up.

I love that the person is tiny in the huge landscape. Brilliant colors draw the attention and the silhouettes emphasize the runner. I might have chosen a horizontal crop as the top quarter of the sky doesn't seem like it adds a lot. And while it may not be the case, the far off bridge causes the horizon to feel like it's slanted. Still ... a great moody shot.

I love seeing this city in the context of its surroundings. The framing of the brightly colored buildings against the greenery makes it pop right out of the frame. I would so much want to spend time studying it, but unfortunately the forced compression for trekearth blurs all of the details.
