That was a bit harsh.
The photo is far from perfect,but that is mainly due to camera shake.....i imagine.
The colours of the lights are good,and so is the sky.Try to re shoot this with a tripod or other support.
Keep at it.

Excellent pin sharp shot.
My only critisism is the branches at the top.
Maybe try and clone them out a bit.
