Good crisp shot of the moon, can be very difficult to get the exposure right due to the amount of light. Did you use any filters?
Good to see the moon presented the right way up too.
One last question....where do you stand on the hollow theory?
lol

The orientation of the shot is incorrect and therefore the moon cannot be setting over Cwm mountain.
Shot just looks wrong, Tycho should be bottom left
Nice sharp shot of the moon but turn it the right way up.

I like this shot a lot, first off, the structure and symmetry of the architecture is simply superb. (One negative on this, is the shot could do with a little straightening to enhance the visual impact of the natural symmetry of the architecture.
Composition: - The dark doorway juxtaposed with the light window and divided by the helix of the stairs, suggests a yin yang symbolism, lending an even deeper meaning to the image.
All in all, an excellent shot with the potential to be a great shot.

Why aye man its a canny bit of iron!
just kiddin, was over in Washington on a course and had to pass the angel on my way from/to the airport.
Its worth taking the time to have a look. those ridges of iron are at least 4" thick!!!
and the guys on the course they liked it too even though some identified themselves with Newcastle and others Sunderland.
Good shot

like this, not to much detail, just the sun punching through and a super reflection. Nice vantage point to get the bay, but I really like the gray graduated border.
Nice work, woud look well as an oil

Hi,
Sadly the shot is over exposed for the buildings. 25 sec exp is far to long for the light coming from that building. F2.8 super, lens wide open, ISO 500 too high ISO 50 if you can get it.
Nice effort though, next time repeat the shot at increased time exposures & at Low ISO

Hi leo,
Nice shot, never seen female monks/nuns like this, Well captured, technically sound, find it hard to comprehend why people wish to live like this to worship their god, surely their god gave them their life to live to the fullest and not to deny or suppress that god given life?
My view is that life was given to be lived, denial is not natural or wholesome

Trev.
