Combining flowing water and long exposures is a very common trick, but this picture you made is really an eye catcher that stands among the others.
I like the POV you chose, with the stones in the foreground that create captivating geometries.
Well balanced colors and very sharp details.

Amazing capture of this play, right in the moment of maximum tension for the catcher about to throw the ball. Sharp details, very good DOF (400mm f/2.8... I am jealous), but it's the intense expression on his face that would be enough to put this picture on the cover of a sports magazine!

You did a great job here, making the flag colors really strike through the picture, thanks to the contrast with the black silhouette of the capitol building.
And do not worry: changing a bit of levels and contrast is perfectly acceptable post-processing :)
Good luck with the rest of your project to photograph all 50 capitol buildings!

You chose a perfect POV for this brilliant capture of Citi Bikes. The bright colors and the sequence of identical bikes are really eye-catching. Plus, great timing with the girl at the top right: nicely framed and in a position that adds a nice touch of dynamism to the overall composition.

A wonderful capture of this winter landscape. I really like your original POV, which gives us only a small peek of the wooden house but that allows the trees to express their full glory. Really nice contrast between the front tree, partially illuminated, and the others in the background.

A wonderful portrait of these two young girls. You perfectly captured their smiles and expressions, which remind me of the friendliness and openness of Laotian people.
Bright colours and nicely blurred background.

A very original shot, which mixes in the same subject both a taste of old(ish) technology and the memory of an iconic sportsman from Belgium.
It is fun to look at the details of the bike, realizing how things have changed in just a few decades.
Also great choice of background, whose soft colours make the red of the bike even more evident.
Finally, the light bulb at the top right is a great finishing touch.
