Personally, I like your photo. I don't think it is right to judge whether somebody else's photo is "art" or not. I think art is subjective to the photographer. Everybody sees art differently, and that is what makes photography so exciting. If everybody took the same style of photos, what would be the point in uploading our photos at all? Anyways, in my opinion you have a very unique style, keep it up! As for the photo: The only thing I could see "wrong" with it is that it is a little blurry, but I like how the balloons follow down the canal; very inviting and it sparks curiosity. Thanks for sharing your photo!
