Hej Gunnar,
"natural" stripes are always so effective, especially when they go in different directions: horizontal, diagonal... thus a sense of dynamism is created. I see a slight autumnal haze, which also adds atiny bit nostalgic mood to this scene :)
Very good composition!
I've looked a the WS variants offered by TE members... it was so interesting to compare them! anyway I guess I still prefer the original "hazy" version :)

Dear Takero,
again, I see an excellent "double" portrait :)
A scene during the festival, and an episode of someone's life... Good, kind photo :)
Excellent DOF and natural colours, as always! Did the boy pose especially for you?
Kindest regards,
and wishes of a very good week ahead!

Hej Ulf,
this is one of the best and interesting photos of Gamla Stan which I've seen. Gamla Stan looks very attractive when it's dark.. but it is so difficult to take photos there in the dark!
Excellent composition, with these "lighted" spots gradually descending one by one from the top to the bottom in the BG..
And I also like the light management in this image very much :)
varma hälsningar,
Elena

Hello Thomas,
at first I was very puzzled when I looked at this photo! Then I realized that it was a reflection... Great and interesting composition :) I like this point of view! It is like joining or merging of two different worlds... an almost fantastic construction!
Warm greetings from autumnal Moscow,
Elena

Hello Jusni,
the Macro lens worked very well :)) Excellent DOF and natural colours :)
Dragonflies are so difficult to take photos of! they fly away in an instant..
Best regards,
Have a nice week!

Dear Akihisa,
I very much like your idea of including SO MUCH sky in the photo! I always love the sky, especially when there are clouds in it. The sky (especially the clear sky) often gives a sense of freedom and light..
Excellent composition! a lonely tree and a huge "sheltering sky" above..
Kindest regards,
Elena

Hi Kari,
I like this composition, and I like the idea of turning the photo into B&W! thus it acquires a very special look and mood - a bit too sombre, maybe! but also a bit thought-provoking... especially along with the Note.
Wishing you a good week ahead,
best regards

Hello Asa,
this looks like a "triangular" composition :) Very good! I like this very picturesque perspective; and it's really nice to see the blue sky as well :)
Whenever I see such views I wonder: what does it feel like to live in such places...?
Very best wishes,
Elena

Bonjour Jean-Pierre,
c'est un très bon point de vue pour montrer l'église!
J'aime aussi les ombres sur la route: ils remplissent l'espace vide devant l'église et équilibrent le sommet de la photo.
:-)
Bonne semaine!
Amicalement,
Elena

Hi Ney,
I like this perspective view :) It shows so many interesting things! life itself wells up here! And there's even a red car which adds a very lively element to this scene :)
The mountain looks beautiful... and very often when I see such beauty I ask myself: do the local people appreciate what they have and see every day?
Warmest wishes from autumnal Moscow,
Elena
