The repeating arches give opportunity for spectacular shots with great depth. Nice view of the columns behind. It is a problem when you travel so much, what to chose from thousand of photos? Very often I see other's photos on TE and I think, why i haven't posted a picture like this? Maybe i also show this or that?
have a great time in Dracula country

I love Gothic cathedrals and York Minster is my favorite. Fantastic view of this square piece of the ceiling, also nice Gothic arch and part of organ.
I like making this type of photos, the screen in my camera moves so I do not need to lie on the floor. I was two times in York and two times i had some adventures there - I lost 500 photos, the bus didn't stop and some more. But I love this city. Almost one year has passed since my last visit. I am a bit tempted to post some photos from UK, but I have still so many from Russia that I want to show.

Woow, what a students accommodation! really interesting architecture with so many small and some huge windows. And black and white treatment enhances the impression. Very interesting top of this building. From there must be a spectacular view. and sky is also marvelous. The students living there are very lucky.
have a great weekend

hello Bev, Lovely little egret. How gracefully it goes in this shallow water. asnd it has so funny beard. I like so much birds photos but it is so difficult to do, they do not like my camera and in an instant fly away. Here you were more lucky. beautiful reflections too.
have a great weekend

Fantastic view of Pietrasanta. So many beautiful monuments on this square. it is Italy! Even small towns you have never heard before are real gems. But Pietrasanta is a town of Mitoraj, my favorite artist. I must visit it somewhen.
