welcome welcome jayant...i got your mail.
very very nice shots you have uploaded da....you do have an amazing eye for composition....
i love the flow of the green leaves, branch and the beautiful colours....i only wish you could get it a bit sharper...download "neat image filter" and apply it to the image before you upload

listen most of these images you have shot fall into the category of trek lens you should upload it there....and do follow up your image with a note plus your camera details by which people can help you with their comments.

i think one must filp a coin to decide which one B/W or colour :-)...both are equally good especially the expression. and i can almost imagine the way the man expression changed...great shot congrats.
